• Trial Period: The free plan is available for 30 days only from the platform creation date.
• Automatic Suspension: After the 30-day period expires without upgrading to a paid plan, the account is automatically suspended and access to all platform services is stopped.
• Permanent Deletion: If not upgraded within an additional 30 days (total 60 days from creation), all data associated with the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Alerts: Email alerts will be sent before suspension (7 days and 1 day before) and before deletion (14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before).
• Limitations: The free plan is limited in terms of students, courses, and available features as per the plan published on the pricing page.
• Disclaimer: By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you are fully aware that your data will be permanently deleted if not upgraded, and you release Roshd Tech from any liability related to the loss of this data.

• Subscription fees are calculated according to the selected plan (monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are issued for current subscriptions after the subscription period has started.
